Elegant TB Starr Emerald Diamond Platinum Bangle Bracelet
Probably made around the early part of the 1900s, this slender and elegant bangle is set with numerous small square shaped vibrant green emeralds and old mine cut diamonds, with three larger diamonds accenting the center of the bracelet. Signed TB Starr on a plaque in the interior; TB Starr was one of New York's most prominent jewelers at the turn of the century. Beautifully finished in the interior and meticulously etched on the outside, as befits a well made piece from this period. The bracelet measures 2 2/4 inches in diameter, and should slip over all but the largest wrist. The three largest diamonds total about 1 1/2 carats, and the smaller diamonds total about 2 1/2 carats. It's easy to wear alone as a signature piece, or to fall in line with a wrist full of similar bangles.
